General

All prices shown on this site include GST as set down by the Australian Government.

There are no automatic charges to your credit card once you have submitted your shopping basket. The details that you have provided are for our reference only to be used when you have been contacted and you have confirmed that you wish to proceed with your order.

Product Availablity

Availability of the products shown for sale is dependent on the product either currently being held at our store or on hand at the supplier / distributor. From time to time certain models or colour variations may not be immediately available. In such instances you will be contacted and advised of the expected delivery date. Apart from certain special orders which may require a holding deposit, you will not be charged for any item until such time that it is available for shipment to you.

Shipping, Freight and Delivery

Music Junction will always endeavor to find the most economical and reliable method to ship your purchases. The charges for delivery will be dependent on the item and the location that it is being shipped to. Before any item is shipped you will be contacted and advised of the total delivery costs including insurance where necessary. You will not be charged for any item until you have been advised of the total cost to you and you have confirmed that you wish to proceed.

Please note: In most instances a signature will be required for proof of delivery at the receiver's end. The delivery address that you provide must be one where somebody will be available to accept and sign for the delivery. A failure to do so may result in extra charges for repeated delivery attempts.

Errors and Omissions

Much of the content on this site has been provided to us in good faith by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. To the best of our knowledge all the specifications, descriptions and pricing shown on this site are correct and accurate.

Music Junction does not accept responsibility for errors and omissions in the content shown herein.

If you should find something that is either inaccurate or confusing please contact us at melbourne@musicjunction.com.au and the content will be checked at the earliest possible opportunity and corrected where necessary.
