For some destinations, the tension on the higher strings is lowered before shipment to prevent breakage. Just bring it back to tune once you receive it. If you are in a very different climate from our shop in the Blackburn, Australia, your harp will need to acclimatise a bit. In these cases, you will have to do some small regulation and tuning work for a few days after delivery.
For full enjoyment of your instrument, we include the following accessories:

Strap and buckles: For wearing your harp in the traditional upright position or the delta/guitar position.

How long until you will get your harp?
All harps are available. If we have stock in our Melbourne store, then it'll be available for sale here. If the version you want is showing as sold out, please send us a message in the online chat to enquire when our next shipment is landing. Please note, all our harps are shipped from Melbourne; we have already paid the freight and the import taxes (+10% GST) when we imported these from the Netherlands. You won’t have to pay anything more to receive the harp, when you purchase from us.

| Volume |
• Harp·E is electroacoustic, so it is not as loud as a typical harp. Its quieter volume makes it very apartment-friendly.

| Finish |
• Non-polished, non-gloss, with a single layer of heavy-duty coating (Monocoat 2K Oil) that protects the wood from the elements. Our simple finish allows us to keep our prices low.
• Our finish provides the freedom to apply an optional secondary finish. If you do, use one that works on top of a 2K Oil. Our protective layer deeply soaks into the wood, allowing you to lightly sand or polish it without compromising the protective layer.
• Coated packages: The wood grain is visible through the coating. We love it that way, but you can add further coating as you please.
• DIY-Uncoated: Comes without any coating; essentially raw wood. This provides unlimited customization freedom, but please ensure you know what you're doing. Any coating applied to the levers should be thin and smooth to ensure functionality. |
| Packaging |
• Shipping box dimensions: 50 x 90 x 10 cm.
• The box is made of recycled materials and is recyclable. We avoid use of styrofoam. Due to this, the box may sustain minor damage, but the harp will always be safe.
• The box can be reused for transport.
• All parts are shipped in the recommended carrier bag if purchased, which sits in a protective plastic sleeve to fend off moisture. Small parts are packed in reusable and sealable bags.
• Some metal parts have a bit of paraffin in to prevent oxidation. Simply wipe them dry. |
